Meet Adam

Mayo Clinic’s culture is built on, “The needs of the patient come first.” Like many Mayo trained leaders this principle has served me and my teams well through the decades. The Benedictine sponsorship of Saint Joseph’s Medical Center at Essentia Health also had a profound impact on both my professional and personal growth. Their primary values, Respect, Justice, Hospitality and Stewardship are my primary values. We look forward to working with mission driven organizations that authentically live out their values.
